The lot features an original handwoven fine wool rug by Navajo master weaver, Shirley Cody in 2007. The rug is accompanied by an original photograph showing the weaver holding this exact rug while on the Navajo Reservation and is marked on the back "Shirley Cody "Eye Dazzler" 2007". The rug has a nice tight weave of fine handspun wool in a traditional Crystal Eye Dazzler pattern with colors of black, grey, red and white / cream. The piece has an approximate knots per square inch of 152 (19 by 8). The rug is well kept and shows good color with no bleed and no apparent damages. The rug itself measure overall 33" by 24" with the tassels or fringes in the corners and 25" by 18" without.
