Featured in this lot is this Navajo sterling silver discoidal bell turquoise bear necklace c. 1940's. The necklace features a wonderfully and professionally crafted sterling silver construction in a discoidal bell design that shows links created in this fashion with four total Cerrillos turquoise nuggets with great luster and a greenish blue coloration; the necklace also features a beautiful carved turquoise bear set in the center of the necklace as the central pendant. The condition of this necklace is good with one imperfection to the formation of the two discoidal silver bells on the left hand side of the necklace clasp. The measurements of this necklace from clasp to clasp are 26" and the bear pendant measures 1 3/4" x 1/2". The collective weight of this necklace is 124.7g.
