Featured in this lot is this sterling silver, turquoise pin collection, with two from Navajo artist Herbert Tsosie. There are three pins in this collection. The first is a hummingbird pin with a lovely textured etched design to the body and a turquoise bead eye; the artist’s hallmark can be seen on the back with a sterling silver stamp next to it. The next is a dragon fly pin with wonderful floral decoration to the wings of the dragonfly and a turquoise stone centered on the dragonfly; the artist’s hallmark is shown on the back of the dragonfly with a sterling silver stamp on underneath. The last is a butterfly pin showing sterling silver construction with lovely texturing and stamping to the wings and a lovely example of Morenci turquoise. The condition of these pins is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of these pins are 1 5/8" x 1 7/8" x 1/4", and 2 5/8" x 2 1/2" x 1/2", and 1 1/8" x 2 3/4" x 1/4". The collective weight of the pins is 17.5g.
