Offered in this lot we have a Navajo Native American striped wool saddle blanket. The piece shows a wonderful hand woven pattern. The Navajo weavers have been producing numerous examples of Saddle Blankets from around 1880 to the present. These types of blankets have also been used as rugs for many years. The blanket shows horizontal stripes in brown, grey, and white. It also shows two Navajo Waterbirds on the top and bottom. The saddle blanket is in good condition overall with no wear or damage. It measures 59" long by 29 1/2" wide.
