Featured in this lot is this Navajo and Taxco sterling silver buckle and pin. The is a pin and a buckle in this collection. The buckle shows a sterling silver construction with a tooled and stamped face along with a round sleeping beauty turquoise cabochon set into the center of the buckle and is marked 'sterling' on the bottom of the buckle. The pin features a sombrero design with a tooled top of the hat and a twisted rope design along the rim of the hat with a malachite gemstone set into the top of the hat and is marked on the bottom 'Hecho en Mexico' and '.925.' The condition of this pair of of this pin and buckle is good with some patina adorning the face of the pin and the buckle but otherwise shows good overall condition. The measurements of the pin are 1 1/2" x 1 1/2" x 3/4" and the buckle measures 2" x 1 3/8" x 3/4". The collective weight of the buckle and pin is 22.6g.
