Offered in this lot we have a Navajo Native American hand woven pictorial wool rug. The rug features a central tree with branches out to each side. The branches show purple leaves with a colorful bird resting on each branch. The birds show numerous colors without two birds of the same design on the same side. The birds show colors of tan, orange, grey/blue and pink with black eyes. The tree and birds are set onto a white field with a double border of dark gray and pink with a woven tassel at each corner. The rug shows good condition overall with a tight weave and minor wear in places.
