This is an excellent original 12K yellow gold filled solid bracelet or watch cuff from renowned Navajo Native American Indian, W. Haley. The piece is hallmarked, "W. HALEY 12KG.F." The bracelet has exquisite gem quality polished nugget turquoise from the Morenci Turquoise Mine showing a total of six stones. The rare piece shows well preserved condition. The piece was commissioned in the mid 20th century for over $800 to a retired New York City Police Mounted Officer and rodeo competitor ($800 in 1960 is equivalent to $6,921 with inflation). Measures (for shipping) 3.5"L x 2.25"H x 1.75"W. The cuff has a inside circumference wrist size of 7.5". W. Haley is listed in Baron Wright's 1989 book Hallmarks of the Southwest on page 55.
