For your consideration is this Navajo Indian Wide Ruins vegetal dyed wool rug. Like the Chinle style from which it borrows design elements, this banded rug features bands of Chinle Stars and chevrons; and characteristic of Wide Ruins weavings, the details are more intricately woven. The dominant color in this rug is burnt yellow. Other colors are muted shades of tan, gray, green cream and blue. This rug is believed to date to around the Mid-Century; it is in excellent condition. It measures 39" x 64".
