For bidding in this lot is a Northern Plains Native American Indian papoose craddleboard. The piece is constructed of pin-striped calico tradecloth, and is adorned with sixty-four cowrie shell trade beads. The papoose is constructed off of a wooden frame, decorated with brass toned tacks. Overall, the papoose shows good condition, and originates from around the middle of the 1900's. The papoose measures 20 1/2" x 6 1/2".
