For your consideration is this Fine Ohio Dovetail St. Charles point 8,000 - 9,500 BP. St. Charles points are originally attributed to the Late Archaic to Early woodland point. This point shows serrated expertly knapped edges with medium corner notched end. The ancient point is expertly constructed from a fine churt material and is in very well-preserved excellent museum quality condition showing a speckled red and brown; yellowing white, and streaking tan and red coloration. The condition of this point is is flawless shows Provenance: From a multi-generation artifact collection spanning 80-100 years from Las Cruzes, New Mexico.
