For your consideration is this Fine Ohio Dovetail St. Charles point aged from 8,000 - 9,500 BP. St. Charles points are originally attributed to the Late Archaic to Early woodland point. This point shows serrated, expertly knapped edges with medium corner notched end. The ancient point is expertly constructed from a fine chert material and is in very well-preserved, excellent museum quality condition. This point shows a creamy salmon pink material color with veins of blue and grey throughout the point. The condition of this point is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this point are 4 1/2" x 2" x 1/4".
