Featured in this lot is this display of Oriental Saloon side door ornaments (the side door that Frank Leslie exited to kill Billy Claiborne) circa 1880's and was interred in the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum; Provenance: From the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum in Tombstone, Arizona. The artifact display features a wonderfully preserved selection of ornaments for the side door in the Oriental Saloon with the original nails and all displayed on a cardstock piece with an original museum tag that reads as follows: ornamental pieces from the 1880's side doors of the Oriental Saloon. The back of the cardstock display is handwritten a note that reads as follows: Door thru which Buckskin Frank Leslie stepped out of and shot___? The condition of this display of Oriental Saloon artifacts is preserved with age shown to the wooden ornaments and oxidation adorning the nails but otherwise shows a preserved condition. The measurements of this artifact display is 4 1/8" x 8 5/8". The collective weight of this artifact display is U4oz. TT-87
