For sale is this lot is a Plains Frontiersman Tanned Hide Jacket. This jacket, or buckskin shirt, features soft tanned buckskin; fringe on the front, back, and sides; lace up collar; zippered pockets (one with elk ivory pull); side zipper for easy on and off; and spurious hand painted symbols. The jacket is in presentable condition, though there are previous repairs and a large hole in the left shoulder. Age is unknown. It measures about 28" in length and about 17" shoulder to shoulder.
