Offered in this lot is a collection of plains Indian beaded accessories from C. early 1900's. First in the lot is a pair of "screw-back" earrings. These vintage earrings are hand made with two beaded medallions each with red, white, and clear seed beads. The top medallions are 3/4" and the lower medallions are 1" and the earrings are 2 1/2" long. Next is a seed bead necklace in yellow, orange, and brown beads. Their are two strands of each color bead flat braided in a necklace to a barrel with loop tassels. The necklace measures 30" around with the barrel and loop tassels hanging 2 1/2' down from the center. Next is a fully beaded, zipper close half circle coin purse. The purse is beaded with white, red, yellow, blue and pink seed beads. Pink seed beads make the boarder and are on the rawhide zipper pull. The purse measures 5" x 3". The last item in the lot is a pair of medallions with tassels. Typically these medallions are tied at the top of a persons braids. The medallions are 2 1/2" across with tassels hanging from the center 6". The medallions and tassels are made with white, orange,pale blue, turquoise, and red beads. The medallions have rawhide ties on the back. All of the items in this lot are in good condition.
