For your consideration is this Plains Indians buffalo bone and leather riding quirt. This riding quirt shows great craftsmanship and attention to detail given to the carvings on the bone handle of the quirt with polychrome paint inside of the carved notches and shows four thick strands of stringed harness leather. The condition of this riding quirt is good with no obvious signs of damage and in good working condition. The measurements of this riding quirt are 20 1/2" from bone tip to end of the leather lash x 2".
