Featured in this lot is this collection of postcards and advertisements. There are 13 total postcards and advertisements in this collection. The advertisements show artwork from famous Lithographer John Henry Bufford (1810-1870). Some of the pieces feature hunting scenes. A single advertisement lithograph from The Knapp Co. is included and is dated 1893 and shows a beach scene of a small boy and girl playing in the sand. The postcards are dated post 1900 and show lithograph postcard artwork from acclaimed artists, such as F.A. Rinehart, M. Mitchell, the Detroit Publishing Co., and others. Among the artwork is included a single scene of Dale Adams tossed in Brahma Bull Riding contest from a Stryker's "photogloss" decoration from Rodeo Series - 9. The condition of these postcards and advertisements is good, with wear consistent with their age; they are preserved behind plastic sleeves. The measurements these postcards and advertisements range from 5 3/8" x 3 3/8" to 5 1/8" x 6 5/8".
