For your bidding pleasure is this Pre-Columbian Indian Cooking Vessel Cup. This cup feels extremely old and worn with a light patina to the outside sheen of the cup. this is a pinched cup, you can tell by the lack of proportion. The creator would have rolled coils of clay and wrapped them to fashin the foundational structure of the cup then with slight pressure pinch the coils to smooth the grooves out filling in the cracks and sealing the cup into the form it now carries. The measurements of the cup are 3 1/4" x 4 1/4" with a mouth diameter of 3".
