This is an original Montana Territory Knives of Bozeman, Montana knife showing a Rams Horn grip and forged Damascus clip point blade. The blade has been forged from 1095HC (High Carbon) steel and 15N20 Nickel Carbon, which is then heated and folded into 396 layers, creating the astounding “Damascus” steel. The knife shows a wonderful, fire Damascus pattern. The knife also features wonderful brass bolsters and comfortable finger well and etched bone bolster. The hollow grind full tang blade has been paired with a set of Rams Horn premium grip scales, which are secured to the piece with two mosaic pins and a lanyard loop. The tang spine has been artfully hand vine filled. The blade is marked with the “MONTANA TERRITORY KNIVES BOZEMAN MONTANA” stamping, which shows the outline of Montana. The knife has been paired with a leather, hand crafted sheath. The knife measures 10 1/4" long with the blade being 5 1/2" long.
