Featured in this lot is this sterling silver and Ajax turquoise squash blossom necklace from Navajo artist Raymond Delgarito. The necklace shows a wonderfully and professionally constructed sterling silver, hand crafted, hollow bead double strand chain. There are eight blossoms featured with rolled conal blossom tips and a total of eight pear cut Ajax turquoise cabochons with lovely sterling silver twisted rope border. The central pendant is a beautifully crafted triple bar construction with three pear shape Ajax turquoise cabochons. The artist’s hallmark is shown on the backside of the pendant with a 'sterling' stamp next to the hallmark. The condition of this squash blossom necklace is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this necklace from clasp to clasp are 26 1/4" and the pendant measures 2 7/8" x 3" x 1/4". The overall weight of this necklace is 146.6g.
