Included in this lot is a framed Richard Luce, Native American Indian print originating from 1981. Richard Luce is an Italian artist who has devoted his time to depicting his interest of 18th and 19th century America. Luce hiked across Montana, Alaska, California, Utah, Wyoming, and Canada to better understand nature. The print depicts a Native American brave on horseback, standing in a snow covered field with a wall of snow or cloud behind him. The brave is shown holding a spear and shield with a hide blanket wrapped around him. The piece is marked in the bottom right hand corner, reading "Richard Luce 1981". The print is set into a wooden frame with a brown border around the art. The piece shows good condition overall, with some light wear across the frame. The frame measures 13" wide by 16" tall with the art measuring 8 3/4" tall by 6 3/4" wide.
