Featured in this lot is this pair of Roy Acuff & Eddy Arnold Grand Ole Opry posters, circa 1940's. There are two posters from Heritage Poster Co. and they are both copyrighted in 1969. The first is a “Roy Acuff and His Smokey Mountain Boys and Girls” with a cameo of Roy Acuff on the front; it is for two big shows at 7 and 9 P.M., Saturday, June 9, 1941 for the Grand Ole Opry. The second is an Eddy Arnold Grand Ole Opry poster from Heritage Poster Co., copyright 1969; it is a High School audition on Friday, May 31, 1945. The condition of these posters is good, with slight wear to the corners of the posters from hanging. The measurements of these posters are 27 3/4" x 22" for both posters.
