Featured in this lot we have a Ruger & Co Blackhawk single action revolver chambered in .44 Magnum caliber. This revolver was manufactured in 1957 by Ruger & Co. The revolver displays a 6 1/2" long round barrel, six shot fluted cylinder, walnuts grips, single action trigger system, and manual ejector rod. The barrel is marked across the left reading "STURM, RUGER & CO SOUTHPORT, CONN. U.S.A." with the frame marked "RUGER BLACKHAWK .44 MAGNUM CAL." with the Ruger logo. This revolver shows good mechanical condition with a smooth action and crisp trigger pull. The pistol features a blue'd finish across the barrel, frame, and cylinder with the grips showing Ruger medallions on the top. The revolver is in good condition overall with some wear across the finish due to use and storage. The piece weighs 2lbs 8oz. Serial Number: 2741. This is a modern firearm and requires a FFL transfer or NICS background check.
