Featured in this lot is this Santee Sioux beaded moccasins, c. 1950's. The moccasins show a wonderfully and originally crafted buffalo Indian tanned hide construction with a folded heel pattern. The sole shows soft hide, which is unique. The moccasins features beautiful geometric patterns with colors of pumpkin orange, translucent sky blue, translucent dark blue, chalk white, and medium red. The seams of the moccasins show a keyhole design. The condition of this pair of moccasins is good, with some wear consistent with the age of the moccasins. The measurements of these moccasins are 10 1/4" x 4 3/4".
