Featured in this lot is this sapphire and diamond 14k white gold tennis bracelet with AIGL paperwork. The bracelet features a polished, stamped, and tested 14k white gold construction that features excellent workmanship and is marked 'Oscar Friedman' with a '14k' gold stamp next to the hallmark. The bracelet features a total of 16 oval brilliant cut crown and step cut pavilion with measurements of 8 x 6mm with blue color and transparent to translucent with a total weight of 26.47 carats. Each of the sapphires is decorated with halo decoration of a total of 224 round brilliant cut diamonds that shows measurements of 1.6mm that shows color gradient of H - J and a clarity of SI2 - I2 and a total diamond weight of 3.73 carats. Tennis bracelets and necklaces got their unusual name from an incident involving the U.S. professional tennis player, Chris Evert, during a tennis match in the 1980's. The piece comes complete with AIGL Inc.(American International Gemological Laboratories, Inc. a GIA certified lab AIGL#: K93E71-EA17900) report and appraisal confirming the above info and giving a total value of $37,000.00. The measurements of this bracelet is 7" in length.
