Featured in this lot is this Scottsbluff Plano Stemmed Cluster Point aged from Transitional Paleo to Early Archaic period and from 9,250 - 8,850 B.P. The point features a medium triangular stemmed point with an elliptical and flattened cross section and an excurvate blade. The shoudlers are weak and show an upward angle and the stem is mostly straight and slightly expanding coming close to the base of the point. The point is napped from a light brown chert material. The condition of this point is good with no obvious signs of damage and in good overall condition. The measurements of this point are 3 3/8" x 1 1/2" x 5/16. The point was taken from Tennessee.
