Featured in this lot is this collection of Tombstone or Smitty's Saloon and Ringo Tree (specifically) found relics circa 1865 & 1875 and were interred in the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum; Provenance: From the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum in Tombstone, Arizona. There is two coins and a spent .22 rimfire cartridge in this collection. The first coin is a 1875 Seated Liberty half dollar with some color play and wear consistent with a lower grade coin but still highly collectible and comes with a museum tag that reads as follows: 1875 Silver 1/2 dollar found at the site of Smitty's Saloon, 1/4 mile from Ringo's grave. The next coin is a 1865 2-cent piece and comes with .22 caliber rimfire cartridge found at the site where Ringo's body was found and comes with a museum tag that reads as follows: 1865 2-cent piece dug up exactly where RINGO was found in the tree. It was about 8" down along with this 1880's .22 shell. The condition of this collection of Tombstone found relics is well preserved with heavy patina adorning the .22 rimfire with color play and wear present on both the coins in the collection. The measurements of the relics in this collection ranges from 5/8" x 1/4" to 1 1/4" x 1 1/4". The collective weight of this collection of relics is 18.9g. T155, T154
