Featured in this lot is this Smokey the Bear embossed polychrome sign. The sign features a wonderfully and professionally crafted tin construction. The sign shows a metal construction with an all white back. On the front it shows Smokey The Bear on the left side of the sign pointing to a sign on a tree reading, "Remember! Only You Can Prevent Forest Fires". Below the sign is a small deer and squirrel. Smokey is wearing his iconic outfit, blue jeans, his yellow "Smokey" belt and his tan "Smokey" ranger hat. The condition of this advertisement sign is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. Some have noted this is 1970's, but likely a contemporary sign. The sign measures 15 11/16" L x 10 3/4" W.
