Featured in this lot is this swell fork leather salesman sample saddle, circa mid 1900's. The saddle shows a tooled floral decoration with a swell fork tree and features handmade tapaderos with a post construction to the paint adorning the top layer of the saddle. The condition of this salesman sample saddle is fair, with wear to the black coating and to the leather consistent with age. The measurements of this salesman sample are 11 1/2" x 8 1/2" x 9".
