Offered in this lot we have a copy of Tenting on the Plains by Elizabeth B. Custer published in 1895. The book was written by General George Armstrong Custer's wife and provides a descriptive account of General Custer's service in Kansas and Texas. The book shows a cloth cover with gold lettering. It is in good condition overall with some wear on the cover. The book measures 7 3/4" tall by 5 1/4" wide.
