Featured in this lot is this Thebes E Notch Cluster point aged from the Early Archaic period and from 10,000 - 8,000 B.P. The point shows a medium triangular side notched point with an elliptical cross section and shows a excurvate blade and is serrated. The shoulders are barbed with an expanding notch and an expanded base that is slightly convex. The point is napped from a grey and brown chert material. The condition of this point is good with no obvious signs of damage and in good overall condition. The measurements of this point are 3 1/4" x 1 3/8" x 3/8". This point was taken in Ohio.
