Thompson-Center, made in Rochester, New Hampshire, .54 caliber half-stock Renegade Model Hawken style rifle. This now discontinued rifle features a polished blue 26” heavy octagon barrel with traditional sights. It has double set triggers that function correctly. It is fitted with a steel shotgun butt plate and steel fancy trigger guard. The ramrod is intact and also has a heavy tooled leather sling in detachable sling swivels. The stock is excellent and has been embellished with traditional Native American pin-prick design with wood color pigment in both sides- very difficult to see as this was done as an antiquing application. Engraved and color case hardened hammer and lock plate. It also has a bright excellent rifled bore with a twist rate suitable for patched round balls or conical bullets. This is a superbly built American made muzzleloader. This rifle weighs 8lbs 4oz. This firearm qualifies as an Antique, and does not require FFL Transfer or NICS Background Check.
