Office No Springs - Honest Weight Toledo Scale Company, Toledo, Ohio, U.S.A." across the center with "Weight Control 1 Ounce Graduation" towards the bottom. The center of the piece shows an indicator arm attached to a set of weights and pulleys. The front of the scale shows a metal plate with patent numbers. The front of the piece shows a locking lever to lock the scale bed. The piece shows good condition overall, with some wear due to age and use.
