Featured in this lot is this Tombstone, Arizona Territory City Assessor Sworn Oath circa 1885; Provenance: From the Tombstone Western Heritage Museum in Tombstone, Arizona. The document features a wonderfully and professionally handwritten construction that is the written statement or oath of the City Assessor's office and includes Patrick Deynin signature and his hand written sworn statement and shows a list of witnesses at the bottom of the document. The document comes complete with an original museum tag that reads as follows: Allen English notarizes oath of office for Patrick Deynin, City Assessor, April 6, 1885. The condition of this Tombstone, A.T. document is well preserved with no obvious signs of damage to the document with some browning to the page consistent with the age and shows a well preserved overall condition. The measurements of this document is 12 5/8" x 8 1/2". TTD168
