For sale in this lot we have a Towne Square oak glider rocking chair with glider footstool. Both the chair and footstool are constructed out of oak with fishing fabric upholstery and aluminum brackets. The chair and footstool where manufactured in 1998 from Hillsboro, Texas. The chair and stool are in very good condition showing great smooth rocking action and little to no signs of damage. The chair measures 42 1/2" tall by 28" wide by 27" deep and the footstool measures 22" wide by 16 1/2" deep by 15 1/2" tall.
