Featured in this lot is this framed collection of Transitional Paleo to Early Archaic period points aged to 8,000 - 10,000 BP. There are 33 points in this collection. This collection of points shows San Patrice Points of varying constructed material, along with smaller examples of St. Charles arrowhead points. There are two larger hide scraper points measuring 1 ½” x 2 5/8". There are a variety of medium size triangle projectile points, side notch, and straight stem points, including one rounded blunt point. The points are all made from a variety of minerals with slight serration on the blades of the points. The measurements of this collection range from 1" x 5/8" x 1/8" to 2 1/4" x 1" x 1/4".
