For your bidding pleasure is this U.S. Army Vietnam Commemorative M7 Bayonet. This is a Imperial Knife Company U.S. Army M7 "The Vietnam War Bayonets of Honor" Bayonet. "Issued by the American Historical Foundation to honor those Americans who answered the call to duty in Southeast Asia. This is the world's first collection of limited edition bayonets". This bayonet is in really good condition with no scratches, smudges, or patina; it has been extremely well taken care of and makes a great addition to military collectors or those wanting to commemorate our heroes in the United States Army during Vietnam. There are markings on the blade identifying it as an Imperial Knife Company M7 and also shows it is 1465 of 2500 with United States army Vietnam between two floral designs with a carbon decorated blade showing a dragon with a long body and a snake for its tail; the decoration is really well crafted and implemented to fit snug on the blade. The handle shows the United States Army Crest, with a release button at the very butt of the bayonet. The green felt display case is in good showing condition with slight patina to the buckles and hinge. The measurements of the bayonet is 11 5/8" long with a 6 1/2" long blade. The measurements of the display case are 2 1/4" x 15 1/8" x 4 3/4".
