Featured in this lot are eight United States and Netherlands silver & nickel coins circa 1853-1971. This collection consists of a 1853 Braided Hair Liberty Head penny, an 1864 two cent piece, an 1865 two cent piece, an 1868 two cent piece, a 1919 Indian Head nickel, a 1969 Roosevelt clad composition dime, a 1966 1/10 G Netherlands silver coin and a 1971 Kennedy Liberty half dollar. The coins show good condition overall with no signs of obvious damage. Some show more wear than others, exhibiting a smoother surface as details have been worn away from their age and use over the years. The coins measure from 9/16" in diameter to 1 3/16" in diameter.
