For your consideration in this lot we have a first edition copy of "Wanneta the Sioux" by Warren K. Moorehead originating from 1890. This is a wonderfully written book based on historical events and figures. The book features numerous illustrations with an illustration of Sitting Bull facing the title page. This piece displays a green cloth cover with the illustration of a Sioux building a fire across the front cover. The book shows good condition overall with some light wear due to age. The piece measures 8" tall by 5 3/4" wide.
