The 1911 was Winchester's response to the popular A5 that John Browning was producing with FN in Belgium and had licensed to Remington and Savage. The 1911 features a textured barrel, which the operator grasps to push down on the barrel to load and unload the firearm. The straight grain walnut stocks are in good shape, with only a large chunk missing in the fore grip.
