Featured in this lot we have a Winchester Model 12 pump action shotgun chambered in 12 gauge. This shotgun was manufactured in 1944 by Winchester. The shotgun displays a 30" long round barrel, walnut stock and pump grip, under barrel tube magazine, and blue'd finish. The barrel is marked across the left side reading "MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN, U.S. OF AMERICA WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL - WINCHESTER TRADE MARK - MODEL 12 - 12 GA - 2 3/4 CHAM. FULL". Mechanically the shotgun shows good working order with a crisp trigger and smooth pump action. The top of the receiver and barrel display Winchester proof mark stamps. The shotgun displays wonderful condition with only slight wear due to handling. The piece weighs 7lbs 4oz. Serial Number: 1041368. This is a modern firearm and requires a FFL transfer or NICS background check.*
