The John Browning designed Winchester 94 repeating carbine was popular far and wide, from Klondike gold seekers, Texas Rangers, cowboys, ranchers, big game hunters, and Mexican Revolutionaries alike. The famous design of this firearm stands the test of time, retaining a tight action, lock-up, and strong springs. The carbine utilizes a walnut butt-stock and fore-grip, showing a steel shotgun butt-plate, 20" round barrel with full tube magazine, original Winchester hooded front sight, and an adjustable rear buckhorn sight. The carbine is marked "Winchester- Trade Mark - Model 94 – 30-30 Win – Winchester Proof Steel" on the left of the barrel. This iconic rifle originates from the turbulent days of the Frontier. Overall, the carbine shows good condition, retaining good blueing on the barrel, and receiver, while the walnut parts show typical handling marks free of cracking, and displaying tight metal to wood contact.
