Featured in this lot we have a Winchester Model 94 lever action saddle ring carbine chambered in .30-30 caliber. This rifle was manufactured in 1980 by Winchester. The John Browning designed Winchester 94 repeating carbine was popular far and wide, from Klondike gold seekers, Texas Rangers, cowboys, ranchers, big game hunters, and Mexican Revolutionaries alike. The famous design of this firearm stands the test of time, retaining a tight action, lock-up, and strong springs. The rifle displays a 16" long round barrel, walnut stock, saddle ring, under barrel, tube magazine, and lever action. The left side of the barrel marked reading "WINCHESTER - R - MODEL 94 30-30 WIN. MADE IN NEW HAVEN, CONN. U.S.A. WINCHESTER PROOF STEEL". Overall, the carbine shows good condition, retaining good blueing on the barrel, and much of the receiver with some light pitting, while the walnut parts show typical handling marks free of cracking, and displaying tight metal to wood contact.
