Featured in this lot is this Zapotec traditional Saltillo rugs and woven sash collection. There are two rugs and one sash in this collection. The first rug features a traditional hand woven Zapotec salesman sample rug with beautiful bands and a central medallion with colors of light red, light green, black, gold, and off-white. The second rug features a traditional Zapotec design of light brown field with bands of off-white, red, and brown with an off-white medallion in the center. The sash shows a Zapotec pile woven construction with layers and weaves of off-white and brown in geometric patterns adorning the entirety of the sash. The condition of these items is good, with no obvious signs of damage. The measurements of this collection are as follows: 20" x 17 1/4", 33 1/2" x 14", and lastly 88" x 6".
