Effie Calavaza is a Zuni Silversmith whose work has captured the hearts of many collectors. She was born in 1928 and started making jewelry in her early years with her iconic snake or coiling snake with turquoise or coral eyes design is one of the most collected designs. Now in her 90's with fewer pieces being found and offered her work has become even more collectible. Signed "EFFIE C. ZUNI" and is in solid sterling silver.
