Featured in this lot is this Zuni sterling silver and mother of pearl jewelry circa 1960's. The jewelry features a wonderfully and professionally crafted sterling silver and mother of pearl that shows beautiful floral decoration with split shoulders for the bracelet and ring with leaves to the necklace with link chain. The jewelry set comes with the original card from the owners family describing how a Navajo (The note says Navajo but the necklace is inscribed Zuni) silversmith gave a demonstration in South Bend, Illinois in the 1960's and created the set. The necklace is marked on the backside of the pendant as follows: L Chavez Zuni. The condition of this set of jewelry is good with no obvious signs of damage and shows good overall condition. The measurements of this necklace from clasp to clasp is 19 3/4" and the pendant measures 2 3/8" x 1 3/8"; The bracelet measures 1 7/8" x 2 3/8" x 1 5/8" and the circumference is 4 1/4"; The measurements of this ring is 7/8" x 3/4" x 7/8" and the ring size is US 7. The collective weight of this jewelry set is 53.9g.
