This is a Deer Lodge Prison made hitched horsehair belt from Montana. The belt shows a finely hitched design in red, white and black. The ends of the belt are made from genuine leather. One end is marked "30 Genuine Hand Hitched Horsehair M-P Handtooled". The prison made horsehair belt is in good condition. It measures 34.5" long.
