For your bidding pleasures in this lot is a 1940's Roseville Pottery Iris handled bowl pair. The Roseville Pottery Company was an American art pottery manufacturer in the 19th and 20th centuries. It was one of the major art potteries around the turn of the 20th century. Though the company originally made simple household pieces, the inspired designs soon proved very popular, and Roseville pieces are now highly sought after by collectors. The first bowl is 4" tall and 19" around. The second bowl is 2 3/4" tall and 22 1/2" around. These bowls are marked “357-4” and “360-6” on the bottom. These bowls are in very good condition and show no obvious signs of damage.
