For your consideration are six (6) license plates from Alaska, circa 1966 to 1977. The Centennial of the Alaska Purchase plate has the slogan, "NORTH TO THE FUTURE". The slogan reappears from 1971-1975. The first plate shows a dark blue colour with yellow lettering personalized with a totem figural, "ALASKA 66 97246 1867 NORTH TO THE FUTURE 1967"; the second is a set of two of yellow colour with blue lettering paired with an image of the state flag, "ALASKA 74 BY 447 NORTH TO THE FUTURE"; the third is a set of two of yellow colour with blue lettering paired with an image of the state flag, "ALASKA 75 DP 553 NORTH TO THE FUTURE"; a Rare original 1976 Standing Kodiak Brown Bear Bicentennial Fish & Wildlife Protection plate, with pale brown mountain and forest landscape in the background, reflective white colour with red lettering, "ALASKA 76 (Bicentennial logo) FWP 558 PROTECTION"; and lastly, a Colorado white colour with dark green lettering, featuring a green mountain range graphic at the top, "XH-4222 19 COLORADO 60". The license plates show good condition overall with wear present from their age and use over the years, but no signs of major damage is present. The license plates measure 6"W x 12"L, combined weight is 2lb, 2oz.
