The lot features a set of fully top beaded Arapaho Native American Indian moccasins dating to circa 1900-1910’s. The set show an Indian tanned hide construction with thick parfleche rawhide soles and all period correct glass trade seed beaded traditional geometric design. The beadwork shows a sky padre blue background with patterns in red, chalk white, and blues. The thick parfleche soles show a heavy patina from much use and age, a truly wonderful authentic trait. The beadwork overall is in good condition with little to no bead loss and a small section of bead loss with some old repairs on the rear ot the ankle. The set displays well and are in good structural condition. Measures overall 10 inches long by 4 inches wide.
