This item is a lovely Baccarat crystal duck statue. Throughout its history, Baccarat crystal came to grace the tables of King Louis XVIII, King Charles X, Louis-Philippe, Emperor Napoleon III, and many of the French presidents. By the end of the 19th century, Baccarat had earned the reputation of being the “Crystal of Kings.” This piece is impressively crafted and is etched with "La Tour D'Argent" on the bottom as well as "Baccarat Paris." La Tour D'Argent (The Silver Tower) is a historic restaurant in Paris, France.. The item measures 5.25" x 5" x 2.5".
